Rinchem provides worldwide shipping and transportation for hazardous chemicals. I worked in the Marketing department, executing a range of services from graphic design, copywriting, marketing, animation, running the internal merch store, social media content creation, website design, branding, interior design standardization, and more!

Logo revamp

There was almost no logo standardization when I arrived, with many different versions of the logo floating around with various fonts, colors, and distortions from years of misuse. There was no talk of updating and standardizing the logo, but I saw a great need for updates and took it upon myself to make some slight but impactful changes and brought it to my manager and eventually the C-suite for approval.

Small updates to the color, font, spacing, and alignment (along with consistent usage) created great improvements to the visual appeal and branding of the company. Updating the logo evolved to creating a new set of Brand Guidelines including updating all sister company logos and establishing new secondary colors, icons, and use cases.

End-TO-End Animated Video

I was asked to create a video that explained "Rinchem" to someone unfamiliar with our company. I researched, wrote the script, storyboarded, illustrated, animated, and edited a video that succinctly explained what Rinchem does from end to end and why that matters! I hadn't animated in a while, so it was a fun challenge to get my skills back and rewarding to see the video in use not only by our department but by sales, C-suite, and customer experience, too!
